Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between clients and Reem Chauffeur Services. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth on this website.
1. Purchase of Services
By placing an order through our website, phone, or email, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- You are at least 18 years old.
2. Reservations
Our team at Reem Chauffeur Services is available 24/7 to assist you. While we strive to exceed expectations, certain bookings may require 24 hours' notice to prepare the chauffeured vehicle for your journey.
- All prices are quoted in KSA and are calculated from the starting point (pickup) to the endpoint (drop-off), except for airport transfers or fixed-charge services.
3. Online Bookings
- Online bookings are subject to approval by Reem Chauffeur Services.
- In the event of errors in online maps or pricing, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders placed at incorrect prices. If your credit card has been charged, a refund or adjustment will be issued promptly.
- Prices, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
- Policies specific to offers or promotions are detailed separately on the website.
4. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is treated as confidential and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Booking requires providing personal details (e.g., name, email, and payment information). Payment data is securely encrypted and not stored by us.
- Your email address will be added to our mailing list to receive monthly updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- If you have used our services, we reserve the right to display your company name or logo on our website under the “Clients” section without prior notice.
5. Single and Return Journeys
- Return journeys on the same day are subject to waiting time charges if they occur within 3 hours.
- For return journeys scheduled after more than 3 hours, no waiting charges apply; however, a different driver may complete the journey.
6. Waiting Time
- Airport pickups include 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
- All other pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
- After the complimentary period, a charge of SAR 50 per hour (calculated in 15-minute increments) will be applied to the credit or debit card provided during booking.
7. Payments
- All charges must be paid in advance unless you have a credit account or pre-approved credit card.
- Additional costs (e.g., waiting time, parking fees) will be charged to the provided credit or debit card.
- Online prices include VAT and are subject to change without notice.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so will result in full charges for the booking.
- Bookings made within 12 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable upon cancellation.
9. No-Show Policy
If the client fails to appear at the designated pickup location, all payments made for the booking will be non-refundable.
10. Complaints
- For immediate assistance, notify the driver or contact our team during the hire.
- If unresolved, complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service date.
- Complaints will be acknowledged within 14 days and addressed within 28 days.
11. Fraud
We reserve the right to cancel bookings without notice if fraudulent activity is suspected, including but not limited to:
- Inability to provide accurate booking details, such as passenger names and contact information.
- Inability to verify cardholder details for security checks.
- Claims of unauthorized payments or history of chargebacks.
Fraudulent activity may result in reporting to relevant authorities or fraud departments.
